Josh of 360 Dryer Vent Cleaning is great! He answered when I called and was able to quickly schedule for the next day. He quickly removed the built-up lent from the dryer vent while being very mindful not to bring outside debris inside. He showed me the video of the before and after and even offered preventative guidance for better future maintenance.
